oh and we did skipping today(:

but i used faith s rope cuz i forgot to bring
and it was toO short for even me!
den i jump it barely clears my head by 1 cm._.
so keep hitting my toe:( PAIN the rope is rubberish
and im stringent in choOsing skipping rope!
heh must hav the right length of rope,
like 5 cm above my head,
den hv the correct wt of rope,
not toO light not to heavy.

and we did GI-LESS RANDORI!
and GI-LESS NEWAZA RANDORI!
i got molested!

onli had 4 of us but we managed to keep ourselves amused(:
haha and we played w little boys:

i think its the spinal cord cuz this time its the bone hurting...
i realised i cant even do forward roll w/o feeling the pain:(
it hurt me thruout the day luh everytime someone threw me...
den i had the brilliant idea to spray it
and it went on fire ughs.
den i sustained a lot of injuries today toO!
there is a bruise on my THUMB:( so weird
and a interesting one w weird colours on my knee:(
and the final injury:
i got BITE MARKS on my lip:(:(:(
(amusing thing was i showed my mummy my bitten lip,

cuz i asked xinyi to show jac how to do drop morote
cuz for her grading she has to do follow up from nagewaza to newaza...
den i roll nicely for xinyi liao,
but she lifted her head,
and bumped my lower jaw

and plus the jc grp had 12 ppl while the other grps onli had 10:(

and im happy to say i killed at least 1 person

haha we annihilated everyone and onli 3 ppl from our grp died from the 2 games we played(:

as compared to the torture before

first had karate-do at the dojo
den watched a lot of ppl do farney stuff
like the block and punch combi...

got 1 is supposed to alternate right and left
the person doing demo made it loOk v pro like a snake swishing from side to side
haha but the farney part was mr cheng made hiroshi do first
den hiroshi s version was just running a few steps and swaying on the spot.

but karate was fun luh tho my wrist got twisted by sir...
